How to play
Just collect Rasengan and coins to increase our power and the earnings to buy skins or increase levels. There are several skins that we can customize upon our interests.
We can use coins to change color of Rasengan. However, if we want to change our appearance, Wifi must be turned on to watch video ads, in case of gaining enough coins.
There were stages that I have to not only collect, but also dodge the obstacles like avoiding falling or choosing right color to open the gate. Not collecting enough Rasengan, I coudn’t get through the wall in particular and the level in general.
Minus points
App’s errors
However, there are errors I’ve encountered while using this app. Everytime I could defeat the Sasuke-alike character, the app crashes. This error occurs constantly. Strangely, turning on Wifi can resolve this crash. However, that was just my personal experience and I don’t know if someone download this game and encounter such similar issues.
Why saying “NO” to Pause button?
There was NO “Pause” button at all! I really want to pause my progress but I couldn’t. I really don’t know why.
What my experience of beating ‘Boss’ looks like
Approaching to Boss , this is considered as nightmare to me. I tried to swipe left/right randomly to defeat the Boss several times, but all FAILED. In fact, following the app’s instruction is useless. More importantly, the Boss’s blood couldn’t decrease even if I could hit after or before the Boss hit. This takes me a lot of time and efforts to decrease HP. Although I couldn’t think of any ways to passs this stage fast. At this stage, I wanna give up already, but doing so can’t be a good way to solve, because I have other things to discover. However, after trying several times, I knew the reason why I lost many times. It was because instead of swiping immediately, I did that and then wait for the swordman’s action to avoid. That is to say, waiting for that time wasn’t efficient. Getting back to how I could pass this challenge, no sooner had I approached Boss, I just swiped constantly (about 2 times) to avoid being hit by Boss without following the app’s instruction. Eventually, the Boss’s HP decreased and… I’ve WON!
Ninja: Friend or foe?
Coming to a Ninja at following levels, I thought that that person was my enemy, so I hit him. However, it turns out to be my friend, because when I hit him. I got minus point. Not only because of that, but also the gradual disappearance of Rasengan after collecting that one that I got this result.
Game development
Before discussing this section, this app is apparently inspired by Naruto, amongst the most popular Anime spreading through the world. As discussed earlier, there was a Sasuke-alike character, which is interesting to me. Needless to say, the developer strengthens graphic desgin skill. Aestheics in choosing the beautiful color is one of the criteria to attract the gamers’ attention. I don’t know which programming lanugages can help smoothen person’s movement like running like in real life. The context of each stage has each aestheitcs that developer is proficient in building.
Conclusion
Anyways, I really enjoy this app despite the challenges with which I dealt several times.
